LIMITATION; WAIVER. The Pledgor waives, to the fullest extent permitted by law, its right (i) to dissolve this Agreement, pursuant to section 6:265 of the Dutch Civil Code or on any other ground or (ii) to avoid this Agreement, including but not limited to error (dwaling), which waiver the Pledgee hereby accepts.
