Common use of Limitations Act, 2002 Clause in Contracts

Limitations Act, 2002. Each of the parties hereto agrees that any and all limitation periods provided for in the Limitations Act, 2002 (Ontario) or any other Applicable Law that provides for or relates to limitation periods, shall be excluded from application to the Obligations and any undertaking, covenant, indemnity or other agreement of any Credit Party provided for in any Credit Document to which it is a party in respect thereof, in each case to fullest extent permitted by such Act or other Applicable Law.
