Common use of Limitations Acts Clause in Contracts

Limitations Acts. Each of the parties hereto agrees that any and all limitation periods provided for in the Limitations Act, 2002 (Ontario) or Limitation Act (British Columbia) shall be excluded from application to the Obligations and any undertaking, covenant, indemnity or other agreement of any Credit Party provided for in any Credit Document to which it is a party in respect thereof, in each case to fullest extent permitted by applicable laws.
