Limitations of CalOptima’s Payment Obligations. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Contract, CalOptima’s or a Health Network’s obligation to pay County any amounts shall be subject to CalOptima’s receipt of the funding from the Federal and/or State governments.
