Health Network definition

Health Network means a physician group, physician-hospital consortium or health care service plan, such as an HMO, which is contracted with CalOptima to provide items and services to non-COD Members on a capitated basis.

Health Network. When students provide an insurance card to the CSU Health Network, the Health Network will file claims with the student’s insurance carrier and students are responsible for applicable co-pays, co-insurance, deductibles and any non-covered charges. Related to Health Network

  • Provider network means an affiliated group of varied health care providers that is established to provide a continuum of health care services to individuals;
