Common use of Limitations of Coverage Clause in Contracts

Limitations of Coverage. This Agreement is limited to vehicles with steel or aluminum body panels. The dent and dings must be accessible in order to be covered by this Agreement and repaired by the PDR process. Hail damage is covered under the Dent Protection component of this Agreement up to the dollar value of Customer’s comprehensive damage deductible (if a claim was filed with the comprehensive policy insurer) or one thousand ($1,000) dollars, whichever is less.
