LIMITATIONS OF SUPPLIER’S LIABILITY. 3.1 Unless otherwise provided by Law, the Customer agrees that the Supplier’s maximum limitation of liability for assessed damage of any kind or in any capacity caused by or connected with the Sale of Products, will imply the refund up to 30% of the amount paid by the Customer for the purchase of the component that caused the damage, with the exception of the right to compensation of any additional damage. 3.2 Any indication provided by the operational staff of the Supplier shall not relieve the Customer of the sole responsibility of protecting his own data by implementing additional security measures, as appropriate. 3.3 In no event shall the Supplier be held responsible for:
