Limitations of the Guarantee. The guarantee is strictly related to the deliverables outlined in the initial consultation and agreed project brief. It does not cover any new requirements or changes introduced by the client after the commencement of the project. On Poynt Creative Ltd reserves the right to determine when the work has been amended sufficiently in accordance with the project brief.
