Turnaround Times. Subject to paragraphs 5.2 and 5.3, for each Service terminating at St Pancras International, the Train Operator has a Firm Right to a turnaround time of not less than 55 minutes at St Pancras International.
Turnaround Times. Depending on sample receipt, analyses needed and lab capacity, the sample testing takes between 3 – 10 business days. (hereinafter referred to as Contractor) agrees to provide the State Water Resources Control Board (State Water Board), along with the Regional Water Quality Control Boards (Regional Water Boards), collectively referred to as “Water Boards”, with services as described herein: The Contractor shall provide to the Water Boards, Laboratory Analytical Services for: drinking water, surface water, groundwater, wastewater, stormwater, recycled water, sediment, soil, air, and tissue (fish, mussel, etc.) samples provided by Water Boards staff.

Occasionally, a blood sample may be submitted in lieu of a buccal sample. The file formats for DNA profile information may include records being written on a single row or on multiple rows. The files provided by the Contractor that contain DNA profile information should allow for fixed length and/or a delimiter. At a minimum, the following delimiters must be available; comma, semi- colon, pipe, and tab. Contractor must have the ability to change their file format of the DNA profile information to meet the needs of the OCDA. The preferred file type is GeneMapperID-X CODIS table export file. All file transfers of electronic data between the Contractor and the County of Orange, Office of the District Attorney, OCDA must be secure. At a minimum, 128 bit encryption must be used. The Contractor’s proposal must address Contractor shall comply with the needs of OCDA for the suggested method of ensuring the security secure transfer of data transferred between the Contractor and the County.
Turnaround Times. A Social Security Number trace will be performed for each applicant, as it reveals critical information, including addresses/jurisdictions used for criminal history search. Generally, with the exception of international screens, Summit will deliver a complete Xxxxx 0 Screening Package within 48 hours, or two business days. Reports can be accessed through Summit’s web-based screening platform. Criminal checks are ordered immediately upon jurisdiction identification; while 24 hours represents a common turnaround time for most criminal history court searches, return times may vary, based on court or jurisdiction and positive hits obtained. All criminal inquiries are also confirmed by multiple points of identification. Therefore, county/state criminal records searches in which a “hit” is received may take 48 hours or longer to complete, as we review the report to ensure compliance and reportability. Summit will notify the County of any report that will not be delivered within the required timeframe, the reason for the delay, and the expected completion day/time. Through Summit’s web-based screening platform, the County can always review all completed elements, 24 hours a day, even if the remainder of the investigation’s elements are not complete. Turnaround Times. The Contractor and subcontractors shall in all cases ensure that sample analysis is completed within timeframes required by approved test procedures, and within United States Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA) required holding times as specified in 40 CFR. The turnaround timeframes for sample analysis are explained in detail in the table below; timeframes begin from the delivery/pick up of samples to submission of the analytical results, unless otherwise noted. Turnaround times begin the business day after the order is scanned in as received, not the day it arrives at our facility. Turnaround times are an estimated number of days. HGA turnaround times are counted in business days and are not a guarantee.
