Limitations on Accessing Federal Assistance in the Transit Account. The Recipient understands that the total amount of federal assistance awarded under the Grant Agreement to be supported with SIB deposits may not be available for immediate withdrawal. The State and the Recipient agree to restrict the amount of federal assistance it withdraws from its SIB to an amount not exceeding the limits specified in its Grant Agreement in support of the SIB or the Award Budget for that Grant Agreement.
