Limitations on Amounts. A Letter of Credit shall be issued, amended, renewed or extended only if (and upon issuance, amendment, renewal or extension of each Letter of Credit Borrower shall be deemed to represent and warrant that), after giving effect to such issuance, amendment, renewal or extension (i) the aggregate LC Exposure shall not exceed the greater of (1) $25,000,000 or (2) ten percent (10%) of the total Revolving Credit Commitments, (ii) the minimum undrawn amount under such Letter of Credit is at least $100,000 and (iii) the sum of the total Revolving Credit Exposures shall not exceed the Available Commitment.
