Limitations on Amounts. A Letter of Credit shall be issued, amended, renewed or extended only if (and upon issuance, amendment, renewal or extension of each Letter of Credit the Borrower shall be deemed to represent and warrant that), after giving effect to such issuance, amendment, renewal or extension (i) the Aggregate LC Exposure shall not exceed the Aggregate Letter of Credit Sublimit Amount, (ii) the Aggregate Revolving Credit Exposure shall not exceed the Aggregate Revolving Commitment, (iii) the Revolving Credit Exposure of each Revolving Lender shall not exceed such Revolving Lender’s Commitment, (iv) the aggregate amount of Revolving Credit Exposures denominated in Foreign Currencies shall not exceed the Aggregate Foreign Currency Sublimit Dollar Amount and (v) the LC Obligations attributable to all Letters of Credit issued by any Issuing Lender shall not exceed such Issuing Lender’s LC Commitment then in effect.
