Common use of Limitations on Approved Expenditures Clause in Contracts

Limitations on Approved Expenditures. OCII may refuse to approve any expenditure: (a) during any period in which an event that, with notice or the passage of time or both, would constitute an Event of Default remains uncured; or (b) for disapproved, unauthorized or improperly documented expenses. OCII is not obligated to approve expenditure of the full Funding Amount unless approved Expenditure Requests support disbursement of the full Funding Amount, and in no event may the aggregate amount of all Funds disbursed to Borrower under this Agreement exceed the Funding Amount.
