Common use of Limitations on Bank Accounts Clause in Contracts

Limitations on Bank Accounts. Except as otherwise disclosed in this Agreement, the Borrowers and their Subsidiaries shall not open any deposit account unless the depository bank for such deposit account is a Lender that has entered into a Deposit Account Control Agreement reasonably acceptable to the Administrative Agent. As of the Closing Date, all bank accounts of any nature of the Borrowers and their Subsidiaries are listed on Schedule 5.6 and such Schedule designates which such accounts are deposit accounts.
