Limitations on Certain Obligations. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Agreement or any other Loan Document, no Obligor shall be required to enter into or obtain any mortgage, deed of trust, leasehold mortgage or any similar agreement in respect to any fee interest or leasehold interest in real property.
