LIMITATIONS ON COLLECTION OF COST-SHARING. The provider/subcontractor shall not impose cost-sharing charges of any kind upon Medicaid or NJ FamilyCare A, B and ABP enrollees. Personal contributions to care for NJ FamilyCare C enrollees and copayments for NJ FamilyCare D enrollees shall be collected in accordance with the attached schedule.
