Limitations on Contract Sums. 5.5.3.1 Contractor shall not be paid for any Contract expenditures that exceed the Maximum Contract Sum. County has no obligation, whatsoever, to pay for any expenditures that exceed the Maximum Contract Sum. Any expenditures that exceed the Maximum Contract Sum shall become the sole fiscal responsibility of Contractor.
