Limitations on Disclosure of Confidential Information. The Parties and their Representatives shall not disclose Confidential Information, or the fact that the Parties entered into this Agreement, unless: (i) the Parties agree in writing that such disclosure is acceptable, (ii) such disclosure is required in connection with the enforcement or protection of a Party’s rights with respect to this Agreement, or (iii) such disclosure is required by law or regulation, governmental or regulatory authority, court order or judicial process; provided, that each Party agrees to give the other Party (to the extent not prohibited by applicable law, regulation, governmental or regulatory authority, court order or judicial process) written notice of any required disclosure and cooperate in obtaining a protective order or similar protection to preserve the confidential nature of the Confidential Information.
