Limitations on Enforcement Actions. The Subordinated Creditor will not take any Enforcement Action until such time as: (a) any Standstill Period is no longer continuing; and (b) the Subordinated Creditor shall have given to the Borrower and the Senior Creditor not less than 30 days' prior written notice (an "Enforcement Action Notice") of the intent of the Subordinated Creditor to take such Enforcement Action.
