Common use of Limitations on Expenditures Clause in Contracts

Limitations on Expenditures. COUNTY shall only reimburse Subrecipient for documented expenditures incurred during the Agreement Term that are: (i) reasonable and necessary to carry out the scope of Approved Activities described in Exhibit B; (ii) documented by contracts or other evidence of liability consistent with the established COUNTY and Subrecipient procedures; and (iii) incurred in accordance with all applicable requirements for the expenditure of funds payable under this Agreement. COUNTY may not reimburse or otherwise compensate Subrecipient for any expenditures incurred or services provided prior to the Performance Begin Date or following the earlier of the expiration or termination of this Agreement.

COUNTY shall only reimburse Subrecipient approve funding SUBRECIPIENT for documented expenditures incurred during the Agreement Term that are: (i) reasonable and necessary to carry out the scope of Approved Activities Scope of Work described in Exhibit B; (ii) documented by contracts or other evidence of liability consistent with the established COUNTY and Subrecipient SUBRECIPIENT procedures; and (iii) incurred in accordance with all applicable requirements for the expenditure of funds payable under this Agreement. COUNTY may not reimburse or otherwise compensate Subrecipient SUBRECIPIENT for any expenditures incurred or services provided prior to the Performance Begin Effective Date or following the earlier of the expiration or termination of this Agreement.
