Limitations on Further Acts of Borrower. Nothing in Section 5.02(c) shall require Borrower to do any further act that has the effect of: (1) changing the economic terms of the Mortgage Loan set forth in the related commitment letter between Borrower and Lender; or (2) imposing on Borrower greater personal liability under the Loan Documents than that set forth in the related commitment letter between Borrower and Lender.
