Limitations on Grant of License. Except as expressly stated herein, nothing in this Agreement shall be deemed to grant, either directly or indirectly by implication, estoppel or otherwise, any licenses to Flextronics of Nortel Company Proprietary Information or any trademarks, and Flextronics acknowledges that Nortel Networks shall retain exclusive right and title to the foregoing.
