Limitations on Licensee’s Rights to Use Poles; Termination. No use, of any sort or duration, of any poles under this Agreement shall create or vest in Licensee any ownership or property rights therein; nor shall any such use constitute the dedication of the Pole Owner’s poles or Equipment to the public or to Licensee, subject to the UAR and other applicable laws and statutes. Nothing contained herein shall be construed to compel Pole Owner to maintain any particular pole or poles for a period longer than demanded by Pole Owner’s own service requirements.
