Restrictions on Use of the Service. You agree to comply with Viasat’s Acceptable Use Policy, Data Allowance Policy, Bandwidth Usage Policy, Unlimited Data Policy and Email End User License Agreement applicable to your service located at xxx.xxxxx.xxx/xxxxx and xxx.xxxxxx.xxx/xxxxx, all of which are incorporated into and made a part of this Agreement. Viasat reserves the right to immediately terminate the Service and this Agreement if you knowingly or otherwise engage in any prohibited activity. You do not own or have any rights (other than those expressly granted to you) to a particular IP address, even if you are utilizing a static IP address.
Restrictions on Use of the Service. PBB reserves the right to immediately suspend the Service if You knowingly or otherwise engage in any prohibited activity under this Agreement. You must strictly adhere to any policy set forth by another service provider accessed through the Service. You agree to comply with Our Internet Appropriate Use Policy which is incorporated into and made a part of this Agreement, and you are responsible for compliance with such policies by others that use Your service. You do not own, nor have any rights, other than those expressly granted to You, to a particular IP address, even if You have ordered a static IP address. harmful or disabling code or component.
Restrictions on Use of the Service. Service Provider and WildBlue reserve the right to immediately suspend your Service and Service Provider may terminate this Agreement if you knowingly or otherwise engage in any prohibited activity or if you use the WildBlue Equipment or Service in a way which is contrary to any WildBlue or Service Provider policy or any policy of a WildBlue supplier. You must strictly adhere to any policy set forth by another service provider accessed through the Service. You agree to comply with WildBlue’s Acceptable Use and Fair Access Policies located at xxx.xxxxxxxx.xxx/xxxxx/xxxx.xxx, both of which are incorporated into and made a part of this Agreement. You do not own, nor have any rights other than those expressly granted to you, to a particular IP address, even if you have ordered a static IP address.
Restrictions on Use of the Service. We may immediately suspend the Service if You knowingly or otherwise engage in any prohibited activity under this Agreement. You must strictly adhere to any policy set forth by another service provider accessed through the Service. You agree to comply with Our Acceptable Use Policy and Fair Access Policy located at xxx.xxxxx.xxx, both of which are incorporated into and made a part of this Agreement, and You are responsible for compliance with such policies by others that use Your Service. You do not own, nor have any rights, other than those expressly granted to You, to a particular IP address, even if You have ordered a static IP address.
Restrictions on Use of the Service. 3.1 You must not:
(a) make or receive calls or send or receive content on our network other than for your own personal or business use,
(b) wholesale any Service (including transit, refile or aggregate domestic or international traffic) on our network, or
(c) use the Service (including any SIM card) in connection with a device that switches or reroutes calls to or from our network or the network of any supplier, without obtaining our written consent first. We may give or withhold our consent, or make our consent subject to conditions, in our discretion.
3.2 If you breach clause 4.1(a) above, we may, in addition to and without limiting our other rights under the agreement, immediately suspend or cancel the service by giving you notice.
3.3 We may restrict access to premium services until a payment history has been established.

You also acknowledge and agree that the Service is subject to Viasat’s Network Management Policy. You do not own or have any rights (other than those expressly granted to you) to a particular IP address, even if you are utilizing a persistent IP address.
Restrictions on Use of the Service. DISH and your Supplier reserve the right to immediately terminate the Service and this Agreement if you or any user under your account knowingly or otherwise engages in any prohibited activity or if you use the DISH Equipment or the Service in a way which is contrary to any DISH policy or any policy of a DISH supplier, including, without limitation, the Policies. You must strictly adhere to any policy set forth by another service provider accessed through the Service. You agree to comply with the Policies and the RCA, all of which are available online at xxxx.xxx/xxxxx (any and all of which may be updated at any time and from time to time in DISH’s sole discretion) and incorporated into and made a part of this Agreement by this reference. You do not own, nor do you have any rights other than those expressly granted to you, with respect to a particular IP address, even if you have ordered a static IP address.

You do not own, nor have any rights other than those expressly granted to you, to a particular IP address, even if you have ordered a static IP address.
Restrictions on Use of the Service. 3.1 The Customer shall not use the Service to, or attempt to, violate or circumvent the security of any computer network, passwords, software, encryption measures or other protection measures.
3.2 El-Watch reserves the rights to, in its sole discretion, suspend or otherwise disable the Service or access to the Service or content hosted on behalf of the Customer if El- Watch deems it necessary for security or technical reasons, e.g. (but not limited to) events of unauthorized third-party access, security attacks and breaches, distributed denial-of-service attacks or other events that may possibly harm El-Watch, the Service or the Customer.
