Limitations on Lobbying Activities. By signing this Agreement, the Consultant certifies and agrees that, in accordance with Public Law 101-121, payments made from a federal grant shall not be utilized by the Consultant or its sub-consultants in connection with lobbying Congressmen, or any other federal agency in connection with the award of a federal grant, contract, cooperative agreement, or loan.
