Limitations on Lobbying Activities. By signing this Grant Agreement, Subrecipient certifies and agrees that, in accordance with P.L. 101-121, payments made from a federal grant shall not be utilized by Subrecipient or its subcontractors in connection with lobbying member(s) of Congress, or any federal agency in connection with the award of a federal grant, contract, cooperative agreement, or loan.
