Common use of Limitations on Lobbying Activities Clause in Contracts

Limitations on Lobbying Activities. By signing this Grant Agreement, Subrecipient certifies and agrees that, in accordance with P.L. 101-121, payments made from a federal grant shall not be utilized by Subrecipient or its subcontractors in connection with lobbying member(s) of Congress, or any federal agency in connection with the award of a federal grant, contract, cooperative agreement, or loan.

The Subrecipient and subcontractors may also be required to submit an additional certification statement and disclosure form acceptable to WYDOT before commencement of the work.
