Limitations on Powers and Duties of Officers. Notwithstanding the foregoing especially enumerated duties, services, and powers, the several officers of the Partnership shall not have the power and authority to cause the Partnership to take any action that requires the approval of the Limited Partners pursuant to Section 7.3 unless the Limited Partners have specifically approved such action.
