Common use of Limitations on Promotion Clause in Contracts

Limitations on Promotion. Integrator shall not promote, market, or otherwise make any statements or other communications related to the HealthPresence Products or End User's use of the HealthPresence Products that are inconsistent with the limitations set forth in Sections 2.1 and 2.2 hereunder, the User Guide or otherwise not in compliance with all applicable laws. If requested, Integrator shall provide to Cisco a copy of all promotion or marketing materials for Cisco's prior review and approval, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld. Integrator will not actively promote, market, advertise or solicit orders for the HealthPresence Products any country prior to Cisco’s obtaining the applicable regulatory authorization or meeting country-specific requirements, including but not limited to label translation and localization requirements.
