Limitations on Required Disclosure. Each Party agrees that it will make available Proprietary Information received from the other Party to its own Affiliates and Associates only on a need-to-know basis, and that all Persons to whom such Proprietary Information is made available will be made aware of the confidential nature of such Proprietary Information, and will be required to agree to hold such Proprietary Information in confidence under terms substantially identical to the terms hereof.
