Except for Section 2.072.7, the provisions of this Agreement are solely for the benefit of the Owner Lease Trustee, the Depositor, the Subordinated Noteholders, the Lease Trust Certificateholders, the Administrator, the Servicer and, to the extent expressly provided hereinAdministrative Agent, the Indenture Trustee and the Senior Noteholders, and nothing in this Agreement (other than Section 2.07 hereof)Agreement, whether express or implied, shall be construed to give to any other Person any legal or equitable right, remedy or claim in the Owner Lease Trust Estate or under or in respect of this Agreement or any covenants, conditions or provisions contained herein.

Limitations on Rights of Others. Except for Section 2.07, the provisions of this Agreement are solely for the benefit of the Owner Eligible Lender Trustee, the DepositorSeller, the CertificateholdersCompany, the Administrator, the Servicer Swap Counterparty and, to the extent expressly provided herein, the Indenture Trustee and the Noteholders, and nothing in this Agreement (other than Section 2.07 hereof2.07), whether express or implied, shall be construed to give to any other Person any legal or equitable right, remedy or claim in the Owner Trust Estate or under or in respect of this Agreement or any covenants, conditions or provisions contained herein.

Limitations on Rights of Others. Except for Section 2.072.7, the provisions of this Agreement are solely for the benefit of the Owner Eligible Lender Trustee, the Depositor, the Certificateholders, the Administrator, the Servicer Administrator and, to the extent expressly provided herein, the Indenture Trustee Trustee, the Noteholders and the NoteholdersSwap Counterparties, and nothing in this Agreement (other than Section 2.07 hereof2.7), whether express or implied, shall be construed to give to any other Person any legal or equitable right, remedy or claim in the Owner Trust Estate or under or in respect of this Agreement or any covenants, conditions or provisions contained herein.

Except for Section 2.0711.07, the provisions of this Agreement are solely for the benefit of the Owner Trustee, the DepositorSponsor, the Certificateholders, the Administrator, the Master Servicer and, to the extent expressly provided herein, the Insurer, the Indenture Trustee and the Noteholders, and nothing in this Agreement (other than Section 2.07 hereof)Agreement, whether express or implied, shall be construed to give to any other Person any legal or equitable right, remedy or claim in the Owner Trust Estate or under or in respect of this Agreement or any covenants, conditions or provisions contained herein.
