Limitations on Support Services. 6.1 In case the Client has opted for the Free Support Level and the total hours spent by the personnel of the Provider performing the Support Services during any calendar month exceeds twenty (20) then: (a) the Provider will cease to have an obligation to provide Support Services to the Client during the remainder of that calendar month; (b) the Provider may agree to provide Support Services to the Client during the remainder of that calendar month, but the provision of those Support Services may be subject to additional Charges. 6.2 The Provider shall have no obligation to provide Support Services in respect of any issue caused by: (a) the improper use of the Hosted Services by the Client; or (b) any alteration to the Hosted Services made without the prior consent of the Provider.
