Limitations on Suspension Periods. Notwithstanding anything contained in this Section 4 to the contrary, the Company shall not be entitled to more than three Suspension Periods in any 12-month period, and in no event shall the number of days included in all Suspension Periods during any consecutive 12-month period exceed 90 in the aggregate.
