Limitations on the Warrantors’ Liabilities. Notwithstanding anything else to the contrary in this Agreement or elsewhere, the Warrantors’ liability for Warranty Claims shall be limited or excluded, as the case may be, as set out in Schedule 8 (Limitation on the Warrantors’ Liability).
