Limitations Period. Except for claims arising out of paragraph 7, neither party may bring an action arising out of this Agreement, regardless of form, more than three (3) years after the cause of action has accrued. Survival – Paragraphs 6-9, 13, 14 and 16 shall survive the expiration or termination of this Agreement for any reason.
