Limitations Under Code Section 401(m)(2). (a) The provisions of subsections (b), (c) and (e) of this Section 12.4 shall apply in accordance with the requirements of Section 401(m)(2) of the Code. The provisions of this Section 12.4, however, shall not apply in respect of any Worker Members covered under a collective bargaining agreement.
