Common use of Limited Business Clause in Contracts

Limited Business. ‌ Generator covenants and agrees: (a) not to undertake any business other than the business of developing, financing, building, owning, operating and maintaining the Facility; and (b) other than as required in respect of its business (as described in (a) above), not to incur indebtedness, including indebtedness on behalf of, or to guarantee the obligations of, any other Person.
