Any failure by Agent to provide or maintain the most current information in Enterprise shall not affect the validity of any notice from eXp to Agent; Agent’s failure to provide or maintain the most current information in Enterprise shall not serve as a defense by Agent to any notice delivered by eXp in accordance with Section 11, below.
