Limited Damages. Except as specifically provided in this Agreement, or as otherwise required by law, neither the Facility, the B&W Trust nor any officer, director, trustee, employee, contractor, or agent of any of them will be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages by reason of the Law Firms use of Trust On-line.
