Limited Facilities Clause Samples
The "Limited Facilities" clause defines the extent to which one party is obligated to provide access to physical or virtual resources, such as office space, equipment, or technology, to the other party under an agreement. Typically, this clause specifies that only certain facilities will be made available, and may outline restrictions on usage, hours of access, or the types of resources included. By clearly delineating what facilities are provided and under what conditions, the clause helps prevent misunderstandings and limits the provider's liability for resources not expressly offered.
