Neither the Administrator nor the Trustee shall be obligated to invest or otherwise manage any Custom Fund assets for which the Trustee or Administrator is not the investment manager nor shall the Administrator or Trustee be liable for acts or omissions with regard to the investment of such assets except to the extent required by ERISA.
