Limited Liability of the Company. The Sub-Adviser agrees that the Company's obligations under this Agreement shall be limited to the Fund and its assets, and that the Sub-Adviser shall not seek satisfaction of any such obligation from the shareholders of the Fund nor from any director, officer, employee or agent of the Fund.
