Limited Partner Approval. This Agreement and the transactions contemplated hereby shall have been duly approved by the limited partners of PSP as contemplated by Section 6.2.
Limited Partner Approval. The transactions contemplated by this Agreement shall have been approved by the affirmative vote of or consent by the Limited Partners to the extent required by the Partnership Agreement or if Seller otherwise elects as permitted by Section 7.11.
