LIMITED SCOPE OF AUTHORITY. 4.1 The Recruiter shall not make or enter into any contracts or commitments or incur any liability for or on behalf of the Client and shall not negotiate any terms for a contract of employment with Candidates. The Recruiter shall explain the scope of its services to each Candidate and make clear that it has no authority or ability to negotiate or enter into any contracts on behalf of the Client.
