Common use of Limiting disclosure Clause in Contracts

Limiting disclosure. Before the Disclosee or any of its Representatives discloses any Confidential Information under clause 13.2(e) or 13.2(f): (a) the Disclosee must notify the Department as soon as reasonably practicable after it becomes aware that disclosure is required; (b) the Disclosee must give the Department a reasonable opportunity to comment on the requirement for, and the proposed form of, the disclosure; and (c) the Disclosee must take all steps reasonably required by the Department to limit or restrict the disclosure of the relevant Confidential Information.
