Common use of Limits and Accounts Clause in Contracts

Limits and Accounts. 2.1. Mobil may at any time, investigate the financial condition of Company or, as applicable, its subsidiaries and affiliates. If requested, Company agrees to furnish Mobil copies of its official and finalized financial statements, as well as other applicable financial information, as soon as available, but no later than 120 days following the end of each of its fiscal years. The financial statements shall have been prepared, consistently year over year and shall be in accordance with the books and records of Company.
