User Accounts. End User shall ensure that only Authorized Users can access the Services. User accounts may not be shared among individuals or used to provide access to the Services to individuals who are not the individual associated with the corresponding user account.

Customer will (i) use commercially reasonable efforts to prevent unauthorized access to or use of the Subscription Service and promptly notify PROS of any such unauthorized access or use; and (ii) cooperate with any reasonable investigation by PROS of any outage, security problem or suspected breach of these Terms or any Order.

If connecting a social media profile with the website, it is acknowledged that you may be required to disclose its login information or grant us access. Such disclosure or access is within the terms of use of the social media profile, and you understand that: We may access, make available, and store (if applicable) any content that you have provided to and stored in your social media profile so that it is available on and through the website via your account, including without limitation any contacts; We may submit and receive data, which may include personal information, to your social media profile upon its connection to the website; That you have the ability, at any time, to disable the connection between the website and the social media profile; and That the relationship between you and your social media profile is governed solely by its terms of use, and in no way does this Agreement amend your rights and responsibilities unless otherwise stated. Due to the policies commonly mentioned in a social media company’s terms of use, we make no effort to review any content produced through the connection of a social media profile unless notified by other users, a 3rd party, or another event that triggers a review of the account.
User Accounts. You acknowledge and agree that in order to be able to use the App and/or Services, you must register an account with Shift inc. by entering a valid username and a password. You must enter a valid phone number so that Shift inc. may send you verification codes to verify your account and other important text notifications regarding any activity in your account. If at any time you have changed or decide to change your phone number, you agree to be solely responsible for updating your new phone number information with us. You further agree that your Shift inc. membership is not restricted to vehicles you have selected, rented or currently engage in, and your membership continues even if you choose to no longer rent a vehicle or at any time that you have no vehicle rented. At the time of registration, you will be required to provide Personal Information about yourself (as defined in our Privacy Policy), which shall be collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy carefully, as your use of the App and/or Services constitutes your agreement to it. You are not permitted to allow any family member or relative to use your User account. If you provide any Personal Information of any family member or relative through your User account for the purposes of the Services offered, you acknowledge and agree that such conduct constitutes the affirmative acknowledgement and agreement of the particular family member and their consent to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. You agree to maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date information in your account. Failure to do so, including having an invalid or expired payment method may result in your inability to access and use the Services, and may result in Shift’s termination of these Terms and Conditions with you. You are responsible for all activities that occur in relation to your account, and you agree to maintain the security and secrecy of your account username and password at all times.
User Accounts. Access to CliniSync by Participant will be provided through Authorized User Accounts established on CliniSync. Participant will provide all information requested by Company in connection with the establishment of each Account and will be responsible for validating and assuring the accuracy and completeness of this information. Each Account will be assigned to a single Authorized User. Each Authorized User will complete all training regarding the use of CliniSync required by Company and Participant will certify that each Authorized User has completed all such training. Company will establish a process to enable Participant’s Authorized Users to create a unique Account ID and password for each Account. Each Account ID may be used only by the Authorized User of the applicable Account. Participant is fully responsible for liabilities and damages incurred through use of each Account ID (whether lawful or unlawful) and any activity completed through any Account will be deemed to have been completed by Participant. Participant will ensure the security and confidentiality of each Account ID and will notify Company immediately if any Account ID is lost, stolen, or otherwise compromised. Participant is responsible for initiating, updating, removing or suspending access of its Authorized Users to CliniSync as set forth in the applicable Policies and Procedures and in this Agreement. Participant will notify Company of any changes in access to CliniSync by Authorized Users as set forth in the applicable Policies and Procedures. Company will not be liable for any failure by Participant to fulfill these obligations.
User Accounts. If you purchase rights of use in website community management SaaS Services which are designed to enable collaborative learning and social networking within a school district, your right to use these SaaS Services shall be limited by a specified number of user accounts. The “user account” limitation shall be specified in the applicable Order form and you shall not be permitted to allow use of the SaaS Services to anyone other than those individual account holders who are specified by name on a list maintained by you, where the total account holders shall not exceed the specified limitation.

In order to access or use some (or potentially all) of the features of the Application, You may have to become a registered user and open an account and/or log in to Your existing account with Company (“Your Account”), the use of which will be subject to such terms and conditions as were provided by Company in connection with the creation of Your Account (“Account Terms”). Your decision to provide this information is purely voluntary and optional; however, if You elect not to provide it, then You may not be able to access certain (or potentially all) of the features of the Application. You may be permitted to save certain information through Your Account in connection with your use of this Application. Any information saved through Your Account will be subject to the Account Terms.
