Limits on Contract Adjustments. The following limitations shall apply to any change orders issued pursuant to Articles 3.1 and 3.2, or any construction change directives under Article 3.3. CCPRC's total liability for any changes under Article 3 shall not exceed the cumulative total of the following costs which are incurred in connection with the performance of a change order or change directive:
