Common use of Line Sharing Clause in Contracts

Line Sharing. Subject to the conditions set forth in Section 1 of this Attachment and upon request by Global Link, Verizon shall provide Global Link line sharing in accordance with, and subject to, the rates, terms and conditions set forth in Verizon’s PA PUC Tariff No. 216, as amended from time to time, that relate to or concern line sharing, and Verizon shall do so regardless of whether or not such rates, terms and conditions are effective (“Line Sharing”). Verizon shall provide Global Link with access to Line Sharing in accordance with, but only to the extent required by, Applicable Law.

Line Sharing. Subject to the conditions set forth in Section 1 of this Attachment and upon request by Global LinkPW, Verizon shall provide Global Link PW line sharing in accordance with, and subject to, the rates, terms and conditions set forth in Verizon’s PA PUC Tariff No. 216, as amended from time to time, that relate to or concern line sharing, and Verizon shall do so regardless of whether or not such rates, terms and conditions are effective (“"Line Sharing”"). Verizon shall provide Global Link PW with access to Line Sharing in accordance with, but only to the extent required by, Applicable Law.

Line Sharing. Subject to the conditions set forth in Section 1 of this Attachment and upon request by Global LinkConnectel, Verizon shall provide Global Link Connectel line sharing in accordance with, and subject to, the rates, terms and conditions set forth in Verizon’s PA PUC Tariff No. 216, as amended from time to time, that relate to or concern line sharing, and Verizon shall do so regardless of whether or not such rates, terms and conditions are effective (“"Line Sharing”"). Verizon shall provide Global Link Connectel with access to Line Sharing in accordance with, but only to the extent required by, Applicable Law.

Verizon shall provide Global Link NL with access to Line Sharing in accordance with, but only to the extent required by, Applicable Law.

Line Sharing. Verizon shall provide Global Link MHT with access to Line Sharing in accordance with, but only to the extent required by, Applicable Law.
