Link or Unlink a Payment Method. You can link or unlink a credit card or a debit card to your PayPal account as a payment method. If you link a debit card, you agree that it is your responsibility to ensure that you have sufficient funds in your bank account to enable payments; and if there are insufficient funds in your bank account, this may result in the payment being reversed (in this case, you may be charged a fee and/or interest by your financial institution).
