Common use of Linked Accounts and Third-Party Services Clause in Contracts

Linked Accounts and Third-Party Services. a. Jeeves will use Financial Data from Linked Accounts to verify account balances and account information, establish Spending Limits, identify spending patterns and potential fraud, determine Spending Limits, analyze and report transactions, and provide Services to Company. b. Company must maintain at least one Linked Account at all times and agree that Jeeves may directly debit this Linked Account for payment of Periodic Statements pursuant to the terms of the PAD Agreement. c. Company may change Linked Accounts through the Account.
